How we work

Our aim is to provide you with a catering service that highlights your special occasion with exceptional dining. 
    1. Once you have contacted us, we will design a bespoke menu based on your brief.
    2.   A guide to the cost will be given.
    3.   Once the menu has been reviewed and subject to the service requested, an option for a taster evening can be chosen (that would be the Shef's Table aspect).
    4.   Equipment available and space required will be confirmed (we can speak to the venue on your behalf if required).
    5.   For larger events the type of service can be clarified as well.
     We adopt environmentally friendly practices sourcing our ingredients locally where possible.
     The majority of the food will be prepared fresh on site and we will clean and leave the area as we found it.
